Pet Friendly
Ohakune TOP 10 welcomes responsible pet owners, with their dogs that are well socialised and properly cared for. Dogs are welcome on our camping sites. (Maximum of 2 dogs per site) Strictly no dogs between 24th to December to the 6/7th of January, Easter weekend & Mardi Gras Weekend (3rd weekend in June) Your dog is here to enjoy your holiday with you, so please don’t leave them to be unattended and lonely or sad (crying now at the thought – I won’t go on) at your site. You have direct access from the park to the dog-friendly Jubilee Park Walkway, where your pet dog can have their daily workout. You can join them and burn off some calories. Please note that dogs are not allowed within the Tongariro National Park boundaries (this includes the carparks even if the dog stays in the vehicle).

We really loved our stay in their 2 room motel unit. The room was very nice, modern, spacious and clean. Included everything and more what we needed. Their bed and bedding very comfortable. The location was superb. Our room was next to lovely trees and a stream. We are planning to be back!
